Yesterday I was lucky to take another road trip with my good friend Pete.
We had made plans to head to Morgantown, Kentucky to see our partner in crime Josh Scott. All three of us pastor great churches and there’s just something fun about getting together and doing a little “brainstorming”.
Well as most of you know, I am pretty famous for my “Two on Tuesday” and just in case you don’t know what that is, it’s where I take two light hearted disappointments and make fun of myself. I take two things from my Tuesday which are sort of funny and I just have a little fun with my life.
So since I was going on this trip I thought what better place to find some funny stuff!
Here is this week’s “Two on Tuesday”:
- Ok, so the last time I was in Morgantown I spotted the elusive “country chin”. I was hoping for another spotting yesterday….but no such luck. I came close, but no cigar!
- When you go to Morgantown you have to eat at the “Farmboy”. It’s a great local restaurant that is pretty famous in the city of Morgantown. I decided to eat light…..I went for the “chef salad” and asked them to add chicken……Well I guess I should have ordered the chicken and asked them to add lettuce. There was more chicken in that salad than there was lettuce. Oh well. So much for eating healthy.
