Just as I am writing this post the storm Ike is just off the coast of Texas.
I’ve talked with several people this morning who are joining churches in the greater San Antonio area in an attempt to be of assistance to those who are being displaced by this amazing storm.
For many people the next few days will be filled with “uncertainty”. For some of these same people the next few months will be filled with “uncertainty”.
Today we have the opportunity to lift these people up in prayer and pray for their protection. to prayer for their safety, to pray for their financial well being and to pray that they know the very maker of heaven and earth.
Would you join me in praying today?

If you attend Crossroads then hopefully you are getting all stoked up for our “Tailgate 2008″ that will be happening on Sunday just after the second service. This is going to be a great opportunity for you to meet people may attend a different service. We encourage all of you to go all out and bring all of your tailgating gear along with enough food for you and a few other friends. Call someone today and invite them to this very exciting day.
This week we’re going to be setting up the new series “Split Screen” which starts next weekend. This is going to be an amazing series that I think will do some much needed work in each of us.

It’s Friday again and I don’t know about you but I am tired, very tired. This is one of those weeks that has just totally took it out of me.
