We got off to a great start on our new series “Everybody Hurts.”
Yesterday was one of those days when you realize that summer is really here. We had lots of people who were on vacation but thanks to the visitors our services were up in attendance. You guys have done an amazing job at continuing to invite people and we are seeing the results of your investment in relationships with others as they come and see what Crossroads is all about. Keep up the good work!
Our new series seems to have everyone talking. I wish I could tell you all of the comments that I received after the services. There’s no doubt that a lot of us are walking through different kinds of hurt and pain right now. It’s our goal to try and look at it through a different lens than maybe most people would normally. Hopefully by the time we finish this series we will all have made great strides in dealing with the things that happen in our lives.
Here’s a few things I remember from Sunday:
- I am thankful for the people who take their volunteer role seriously! You guys are the best!
- The band was great!
- Great to have Rob back!
- Our building temperature was better……stayed pretty cool!
- I love the new worship guide for this series!
- Huge amount of families that were visiting.
- Loved your comments!
Ok……I have got to get to work……check back later for more!
